Att. Gurkan Cagan completed his bachelor’s degree at Cukurova University Faculty of Law in 3 years and then completed his master’s degree on “International Investment Law and Sustainable Development” at Kadir Has University Institute of Social Sciences. He is currently pursuing his PhD at Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences.
Att. Cagan has worked as a legal advisor at the Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC) for many years and carried out academic and professional studies in the fields of arbitration, energy law, construction law, national and international sales law and commercial law. After gaining experience, he established Cagan Law Firm.

Att. TOGHRUL VALIKHANLI
After graduating from Azerbaijan Slavyan University with a degree in Russian Language and Literature, Att. Valikhanli obtained a law degree from Cairo University Faculty of Law. Currently, Att. Valikhanli is currently pursuing a Master’s degree on European and International Energy Law at the Technical University of Berlin.
Att. Valikhanli is well versed in the law of European and Arab states and specialises in citizenship law, international real estate law, international energy law and international arbitration.
He is fluent in Turkish, Arabic, Russian and English.
